Information we collect
When you use our booking wizard, we collect the name, email, phone number, travel dates, and any notes you provide, so we can plan and confirm your journey. If you request a callback, we collect just your name and phone number.
We also collect anonymous browsing information — pages viewed, time spent on the site, referring website, and device/browser type — via a randomly generated identifier stored in your browser. This is used to understand how visitors use the site and, only once you voluntarily provide your name and contact details (through a booking or callback request), to give our team context on what you were looking at before they call you back.
If you complete a deposit payment, payment card and UPI details are handled directly by our payment partner, Razorpay, under their own security standards — we never see or store your full card number.
How we use your information

Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: one to remember you've seen our welcome intro, and one anonymous visitor identifier used for the browsing analytics described above. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Sharing your information
We share booking details with Razorpay solely to process payments, and store website and booking data in our self-hosted PostgreSQL database. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Data retention
We keep booking records for as long as needed to handle your trip and for standard accounting/tax record-keeping periods under Indian law. Anonymous browsing data is retained only as long as it's useful for improving the site.
